The Practice has now opened up more appointments for advance booking. There is now a range of face to face appointments and telephone appointments available. These can be high in demand so please keep this in mind when calling reception.

Reception staff have been specially trained, they will ask specific questions as to see where is best to direct your call.

The appointments line opens each morning at 8.30am until we have reached capacity for the day. At which stage, a triage GP is available for medical emergencies ONLY.

Your appointment

However you choose to contact us we may offer you a consultation:

  • By phone
  • Face to face at the surgery
  • By text or email

Appointments by phone or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.

When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.

We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
